Mapping the Human Being: Body, Soul & Divine Intelligence
In every age, we revisit the question of what it means to know ourselves. We have built vast sciences around the material body, yet the knowledge of the inner human — the soul, the intellect, the unseen energies that move us — remains fragmented. The more I have studied, practiced, and observed, the more I have come to realize that we have not yet mapped the human being as a total organism of body and spirit. This reflection grew from that recognition.
When I stepped away from my work and entered a period of silence, a realization began to form with great clarity. If we truly want to understand the human being in a holistic way, then we must begin to treat the unseen self as we treat the body — but we don’t.
The Known Language of the Body vs. the Unseen Self
We know the language of the body well. We know that proteins strengthen, grains sustain, and fruits and vegetables purify. Each has a specific function in maintaining the body’s balance and resilience. There is precision and science in how the body grows.
But when it comes to the unseen dimensions of the human being — the spiritual, emotional, and intellectual aspects — we have no such science.
We know the practices: Qur’an recitation, duʿa, dhikr, ziyarah, the Names of Allah, the hadith of the Prophet and the Imams. Yet we do not know their functions. We cannot say which of these strengthens the intellect, which heals the emotional field, or which builds endurance in the soul. We perform them without understanding how they nourish us.
This is the root of our disconnection — that we do not possess a functional science of the soul. Religion preserved the “what,” while science studied the “how,” and both lost sight of each other. There has been no complete attempt — philosophical, scientific, or metaphysical — to understand the human being as the Imams described: as a microcosm of the entire universe.
The Need to Reconnect Cosmos and Soul
Allah tells us to reflect upon His creation. Yet we look at the stars, the flower, and the atom without seeing their relation to ourselves. The disconnection between the cosmos and the soul can only be repaired when we begin to ask the right questions:
-
What is the function of revelation in the psyche?
-
What is the chemistry of remembrance?
-
What is the architecture of humility?
Humility is not merely an ethical ideal — it is an energetic key. It opens the receptor of divine knowledge. Just as a cell opens when the right molecule binds, the heart opens when the ego dissolves. In that state, the heart’s rhythm softens, the mind clears, and the inner system aligns with divine intelligence.
When a person rejects knowledge because of pride, it is not just an ethical loss — it is a neurological and spiritual interruption. The channel closes, and the light cannot transmit.
This is why every authentic path of divine knowledge depends on both teacher and student — not as a hierarchy of power, but as a circuitry of transmission. The teacher carries the divine pattern; the student, through receptivity, activates their own inner genome of light.
Perhaps this is what we have forgotten: that the complete system already exists — a divine framework designed for coherence between body, soul, and cosmos. We have only to remember how to use it.
It was not given to an institution — for a reason. The system is deep, complex, and not available anywhere else. It is not a back-and-forth discussion where understanding can be negotiated. There is no compromise. This IS the system. The universe, Allah, and the way the human works is ONE — ahad, wahid.
Those who refuse to have the patience and humility to follow through and learn this system as a precise science from the one who can teach it are in reality slowing down the arrival of the living Imam (atfs). Let us put that out there for certain.
Ego and the Refusal to Learn
This is their test — not mine. Some people begin to listen; they see the validity in the information, but as soon as you mention the word “teach,” their ego activates. They say, “we’re discussing, we’re the same level,” using the appearance of humility as a shield. But this humility reveals itself as a disguise.
They begin to frame YOU as reactive, while they feel fuelled by internal fire — pure projection. They deny the reality of the system in favor of peer validation or nothing at all. And when they refuse the teacher, they refuse the only guidance capable of activating this framework.
Even though it comes from a woman, someone not validated by institutional authority, the Divine Genome Framework carries absolute authority. Imam Ali (as) reminds us: listen to what is said, not who is saying it. This is a test of humility, intelligence, and obedience to the divine order. Those who pass will continue; those who do not will lose the guidance — the system itself is not at fault.
The Message Stands
We have observed it throughout history: people argue with guidance, deny the teacher, or choose peers over truth. This is not their failure alone; it is part of the divine test.
The message remains, and it will be recognized — but only by those with the humility and patience to follow it fully.
